Yogurt Msemen

a new recipe to have melting MSEMEN with a new folding method for better layering
Test it you will adopt it 😉😉

💥600g of flour
💥375g extra fine semolina
💥450ml and 500ml of water depending on the flour
💥1 cup of salt
💥1 bag of baking powder
💥1cases oil
💥1 sweet yogurt

✔Preparing the dough
♦️ ️In the robot’s bowl put all the ingredients and gradually add the lukewarm water
♦️ ️Knead for 15min until the dough is soft.
♦️ ️Put your dough in a freezer bag and let stand for 30min
♦️ ️Oil a plate or a work surface and place your dough on it.
♦️ ️ Divide the dough into small balls.
♦️ ️ Cover them with cling film to prevent a crust from forming and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes.

✔Preparation of the laminating
♦️ ️In a bowl, prepare the melted butter.
♦️ ️On the work surface to butter, take a ball, roll it out and gently stretch it with your hands to obtain a very fine round dough
♦️ ️Lightly grease your pancake, sprinkle it with extra-fine semolina watch the tutorial

♦️ ️Return your pancakes in the order you made them and flatten them with your fingers on a work surface.
♦️ ️Heat a pan
♦️ ️Place your crepe and cook 3-4min on each side to have a beautiful golden color.
