Ultra Soft Donuts without Robot

A very easy to prepare donut dough recipe, to garnish as you wish. for me I stay on chocolate of course 😋

✔ ingredients
💥400g of flour
💥180ml of lukewarm milk
💥40g melted butter
💥20g of oil
💥 1 pinch of salt
💥1 egg and 2 yolks
💥7g dry baker’s yeast
💥30g of sugar
💥1 bag of vanilla sugar
💥Spread to garnish your donuts
💥Icing sugar

✔preparation
♦️ ️Mix the yeast with the lukewarm milk and set aside
♦️ ️In a bowl put the eggs, oil, butter, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar mix with a whisk
♦️ ️ add 300g of flour and mix with a wooden spoon
♦️ incorporate yeast and milk and finish with the rest of the flour.
♦️ ️until a sticky dough
♦️ ️Cover and let double in volume 35min
♦️ degas the dough and put it back to rest until your dough doubles in volume 35min
♦️ Spread it out on a floured surface and cut out donuts using a cookie cutter or a GLASS.
♦️ ️ Cover them again and once well risen fry them.
♦️ drain them on absorbent paper
♦️ ️ Using a pastry bag, garnish your donuts and sprinkle with icing sugar.

♦️ ️ BE CAREFUL NOT TO FRY THE DONUTS IN TOO HOT OIL AS THEY COULD BE COOKED OUTSIDE BUT RAW INSIDE !!
