💥170g of flour
💥80 of muscovado or cane sugar
💥80g of sugar
💥1 / 2cac of bicarbonate
💥110g soft butter
💥200g of chocolate, cut into small pieces
💥150g chocolate chips
💥80g of crushed roasted hazelnuts
💥 1 pinch of salt
♦️ ️In your robot bowl, cream the softened butter with the sugar and salt
♦️ Add the egg and mix
♦️ Sift the flour + the sodium bicarbonate on the butter, sugar and hazelnuts and mix.
♦️ finish with the pieces of chocolate and the chips
♦️ Form 16 balls of 50g
♦️ Let stand 1 hour in the freezer before cooking.
♦️ ️On a baking sheet covered with baking paper place the cookies still frozen, spacing them apart.
♦️ Circle each ball with a pie ring, Butter and flour on 7cm in diameter
♦️ Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, the edges should be golden.
