Tajine Chicken Olives and Fries
The dish par excellence that we do not refuse, even the very young will learn to taste the tagines. Accompanied by good homemade breads, it will be unanimous.
💥500g chicken in pieces
💥1 onion, chopped
💥1 onion, cut into strips
💥Chopped parsley / coriander
💥1 clove of garlic
💥1 candied lemon
💥5cases of argan oil
💥500g of potatoes
💥2 cases of cornstarch
♦️ ️In a tagine place the chicken pieces, add onions, garlic and olive oil.
♦️ ️Add the spices (paprika, coriander,
turmeric, ginger, saffron threads), salt and pepper.
♦️ ️ Mix and cook for a few minutes until the chicken is golden brown.
♦️ add water, cook over low heat
♦️ ️Add the olives, onions and the candied lemon and cook for 10 minutes.
♦️ ️If necessary add a water base
✔ Preparation of fries
💥Peel and cut the potatoes.
💥Add 2 tbsp of cornstarch before frying (this will allow your fries to stay crisp).
✔ once your tagine is cooked, place the fries on top.
