Lentils with spices

Known for its great nutritional value, this ideal dish for the beginning of the season will bring you the essential benefits to boost your body.

✔Ingredients
💥350g of lentils
💥3 carrots
💥1tbsp tomato paste
💥1 chopped onion + shallot
💥2 cloves of garlic
💥4 mixed tomatoes
💥4 tablespoons of olive oil
💥1tbsp ground cumin
💥1 cas of paprika
💥1 tsp of turmeric
💥1 touch of cayenne pepper
💥1 tsp of ginger
💥1 tsp ground coriander
💥1 cup of salt
💥1 pinch of pepper
💥Chopped parsley / coriander
💥1cube of vegetable broth
💥1 bay leaf

♦️ ️Peel the onion and carrots, wash them and dice them.
(Leave your lentils to soak overnight in water. Rinse the lentils and drain them.)

♦️ ️Pour 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a sauté pan.
♦️ ️ Fry the chopped onions for a few minutes.
♦️ ️ Then add the tomato paste, garlic, vegetable cube spices and lentils.
♦️ ️ Mix.
♦️ ️ Then add the diced carrots then add with about 1 liter of water and cook for 30 to 40 minutes.
♦️ ️Add water at the end of cooking if necessary (it depends on your lentils, the strength of the gas, the diameter of your dish etc.).
♦️ ️Before serving hot, sprinkle with chopped parsley, taste and season with a little salt and pepper
