Lemon Raspberry Cupcakes

💥230g very cold liquid cream
💥35g of icing sugar
💥1 vanilla bean

✔PREPARATION Of cupcakes
♦️ ️In the robot bowl, work the butter with the sugar until they are creamy.
♦️ ️Add the eggs one by one and mix.
♦️ Add the fermented milk, the flour and the baking powder and mix.
♦️ ️Place boxes in your muffin tin impressions then pour a little batter.
♦️ ️Fill the boxes to 2/3 at most.
♦️ ️Bake in an oven preheated to 170 ° C for 30 minutes of cooking.
