Harcha or Semolina pancakes

Direction Morocco with these sandy and melting cakes in the mouth.

Based on semolina, there are a multitude of other Harcha recipes in the Maghreb.

Serve with a glass of mint tea,
to taste with honey, amlou, butter ect …

💥350g of medium semolina
💥100 to 150ml of milk
💥1 case of sugar
💥1 cup of salt
💥1 bag of baking powder
💥50ml oil
💥50g melted butter

♦️ ️In a salad bowl, work the butter and oil with the semolina.
♦️ ️Add sugar, salt, yeast
♦️ finish with milk.
♦️ ️Sprinkle a little semolina on the surface of work.
♦️ ️Spread the dough on it with your hand.
♦️ Cut out circles with a cookie cutter or a tall glass.
♦️ ️Heat a frying pan and cook the pancakes on both sides over medium heat.
♦️ ️Account 4 minutes of cooking for each side.
♦️ serve with a good mint tea
