💥1 cup of honey
💥5g dehydrated baker’s yeast
💥300ml of water

♦️ ️ Gradually add the flour until you have a sticky dough.
♦️ ️Leave to stand for 8 hours at room temperature.
♦️ ️On a work surface, flour and place the dough, degas, divide into 9 balls of 90g

And let sit (yes again) for about 30 to 40 minutes.

♦️ Brush your bread with water.
♦️ ️Place a container of cold water in the lower part of the oven (be careful, the container is hot) and immediately close the oven.

♦️ ️ Immediately lower the oven temperature to 220 ° C (thermostat 7/8) and cook for about 15 to 20min.
