Egg Kefta Tagine

Here’s a quick, easy recipe for a complete meal when you don’t have time, it’ll do.
💥 3 large ripe grated tomatoes.
💥 black olives cut into rings
💥 a few cherry tomatoes.
💥1 clove of garlic
💥250 g minced meat
💥 1 teaspoon of paprika
💥1tbsp ground cumin
💥1 tbsp of ginger powder
💥 Olive oil
💥A few leaves of flat-leaf parsley
💥1 bay leaf
♦️ Brown the onion, garlic, tomato in a sauté pan or tagine with a drizzle of olive oil.
♦️ ️ Add the spices and half the chopped parsley and simmer for about ten minutes.
♦️ ️Season your kefta with a grated onion, parsley, chopped cilantro, spices, and olive oil.
♦️ ️Then form kefta balls in your hands
♦️ ️When the sauce is cooked, add them to your sauce and cook for 5 minutes, covering everything.
♦️ ️ Then break over the eggs. cover and cook for 3 minutes.
♦️ ️Remove from the heat, add the rest of the chopped parsley and serve.
