Baked Stuffed Potatoes

I offer you a classic of the kitchen, the stuffed potato. A tasty and substantial dish, to delight your family😋😋

💥2 potatoes per person
💥15cl of liquid cream
💥2cases of fine herb cheese
💥mozzarella, or grated cheese
💥250G chicken breast, cut into cubes
💥1task of TANDOORI spice
💥A drizzle of olive oil
💥 Parsley / chopped cilantro
💥1 clove of garlic
💥1 onion, chopped
💥Smoked salmon
💥Goat cheese

✔Preparation of potatoes
♦️ ️Wash the potatoes properly.
♦️ Wipe them dry and wrap them separately in aluminum foil.
♦️ ️Bake them in the oven at 200 ° C for 30 to 40 minutes.
♦️ ️When the potatoes are cooked, cut off the top and scoop them out with a spoon.
♦️ ️ Keep the flesh of the potatoes, put it in a salad bowl
♦️ crush it
♦️ ️Add liquid cream + cheese
♦️ ️Mix the mashed potatoes.
Preparing the chicken
♦️ ️In a skillet, the chicken with the onion + garlic + parsley / coriander + tandoori + salt add a drizzle of oil.
♦️ ️ Leave to cook for 10 minutes

♦️ ️Fill the hollowed out potatoes with the mash mixture
♦️ ️Add the chicken on top and sprinkle with grated cheese
♦️ ️On other potatoes I add smoked salmon.
♦️ ️ Put the potato cap back on
♦️ ️Place in an oiled dish that we put in the oven for a good quarter of an hour.
♦️ ️Take out once your potatoes are browned

🔷️ Tip:
I serve this dish with a spicy salad. It’s up to everyone to vary the stuffing according to their tastes, their inspiration, or … what they have in their fridge: minced meat, tuna, smoked salmon, cheese, olives (in this case we replace the butter with olive oil. ‘olive), vegetables, etc … it’s really the kind of recipe that leaves complete freedom.
