Apple Brioche

Ultra soft and smooth, this brioche associated with apples.
will ensure a lightness in the mouth with a fruity touch. A delight to share during a snack.

💥500g of flour
💥1 case of dehydrated baker’s yeast
💥3 eggs
💥100g of sugar
💥1 lemon zest 🍋
💥100g of melted butter
💥100ml lukewarm milk
💥1 cup of salt
💥1 big apple
💥2cases of sugar
💥1tbsp lemon juice

♦️ ️In the bowl of your robot mix all the ingredients
♦️ ️Knead for 25 to 30min until the dough comes off the walls of your base, the dough must be elastic.
♦️ ️leave your dough to rise at room temperature until it doubles in volume, it takes 2 hours.
♦️ ️ Cut the apple in half, remove the core then cut them into thin slices.
♦️ ️Put the slices in a bowl, add 1 cas of sugar and the lemon juice, mix.
♦️ to reserve
♦️ degas your dough
♦️ Take a small 40g ball and place it in the center of your springform pan.
♦️ Spread the rest of your dough in a rectangle.
♦️ ️ cut the dough into 6 strips.
♦️ ️Place the apple slices on the upper half of the strip, making them protrude from the dough and overlap.
♦️ ️Fold the lower part of the dough over the apples.

♦️ let your brioche rise for 1h30
♦️ ️Sprinkle your brioche with 1 cas of sugar and bake for 45 to 50min at 170 °.
♦️ Allow your brioche to cool before unmolding it.
